Faye Rouse is registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority and is bound by a strict Code of Conduct.

Faye Rouse commenced her career in the migration advice profession by establishing a Migration Advisory Service for one of the ‘Big 4’ accounting firms in Melbourne.

Prior to this, she had an extensive business background working in government, property, the tertiary sector, the Arts, the Australian High Commission in London and also as a reporter. She continues to travel extensively within Australia and overseas which enables her to bring to the business a true international perspective.

She is a Registered Migration Agent (#9256580) and an active member of the Migration Institute of Australia, the peak body representing Migration Agents in Australia, and became a Fellow of this Institute in 2008.

Fees

Our fees are individually quoted based on the type of service required, the degree of difficulty, and the research required to allow preparation of a comprehensive application.

Our fees reflect the premium service provided by an experienced practitioner and the high regulatory costs attached to practising as a Registered Migration Agent in Australia.

All costing is advised to clients in writing prior to commencing work, as is the requirement of our profession.

We do not offer a refund of fees in the event that an application is not successful.

There are a number of reasons for this policy, most particularly because there are issues over which we have no control including changes in legislation after an application is submitted to the Immigration authorities, medical issues and problems with police clearances.

We also do not offer free consultations. These fees are advised to clients at the time of making an appointment.

Our Approach

The decision to remain a boutique business has proven positive for clients and for our business.

Clients have remained with our business for many years which has enabled us to understand their operations and keep them fully informed of changes in Immigration law that might impact on their needs.

This is much appreciated by our business clients as it enables their queries to be answered quickly by a person familiar with their activities.

Our personalised service also covers the many ancillary issues impacting on an international relocation.

These can include issues covering cost of living, education, health services, housing affordability, permanent residence pathway, recognition of overseas qualifications and referral to taxation specialists.

Consultation

We do not offer free consultations or advisory services.

Consultation fees are advised at time of confirming an appointment, the amount of which will depend on the time involved and the complexity of the circumstances.

Training or advisory services to business are assessed on a case by case basis.

Clients

The primary focus of our company is towards the needs of the business community including assisting overseas companies that want to establish a branch or subsidiary in Australia and bring staff from overseas to work in that entity, businesses that have undergone restructures including through mergers and acquisitions.

We also have a considerable practice in assisting individual clients including those who have married Australians, parents wanting to join children living in Australia, retirees, people with skills in demand in Australia, trainees and visitors. All are of equal importance and receive the same level of personalised attention.

The only area of Immigration Law in which we do not practice relates to refugees.

For privacy reasons, we do not divulge client names in any public document.

Instead, our disclosure is that we represent the interests of many well- known companies from micro to multi-national that are involved in a variety of industries. These include but not limited to: agriculture, architecture, audio visual, engineering, finance, hospitality, mining, medical research, information technology, construction, human resources, food, printing, legal, sports, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and shipping.

We do not have any particular country focus with clients coming from a wide range of geographic regions.
